User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You may not share your account credentials
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
Account Types
- User: Browse content, shop, and engage with creators
- Creator: Create content, build audience, and monetize
- Business: Sell products and manage inventory
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or other users.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Post illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Post spam or unsolicited commercial content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Scrape or harvest user data
- Interfere with platform operations
- Circumvent security measures
- Sell counterfeit or illegal products
- Engage in price manipulation or auction fraud
Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you post
- You grant TRIOVUS a license to display, distribute, and promote your content
- You represent that you have rights to post your content
- You are responsible for your content and its consequences
Platform Content
TRIOVUS logo, design, features, and functionality are owned by TRIOVUS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.
Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at support@triovus.co.uk with details of the infringement.
Commerce & Payments
Marketplace Transactions
- All product sales are between buyers and merchants
- TRIOVUS facilitates transactions but is not a party to them
- Merchants are responsible for product quality and fulfillment
- Buyers should review products carefully before purchasing
Fees & Commission
- Platform takes 10% commission on direct sales
- Creator affiliates receive 10% on tagged product sales
- Subscription and tip fees may apply
- Payment processing fees apply via Stripe/KAELUM
Refunds & Disputes
Refund policies are set by individual merchants. Buyers should contact merchants directly for refunds. TRIOVUS may mediate disputes at our discretion.
Auctions
- All bids are binding commitments to purchase
- Winners must complete payment within specified timeframe
- Sellers must honor winning bids above reserve price
- Auction manipulation or shill bidding is prohibited
Creator Monetization
Eligibility
Creators and businesses can monetize through subscriptions, tips, product sales, and affiliate commissions after meeting platform requirements.
Verification
- Reach 9,000 followers for FREE creator verification
- Reach 18,000 followers for FREE business verification
- Or subscribe to a paid verification tier
Payouts
Earnings are paid via Stripe Connect or KAELUM according to payout schedule. Minimum payout threshold applies. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Service "As Is"
TRIOVUS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
TRIOVUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with Stripe, KAELUM, and other third parties. We are not responsible for their services or policies.
User Content
We are not responsible for user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for their posts, products, and interactions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
Continued use of TRIOVUS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
